16 Hour DUI Education

This course is for individuals who are classified as a Level two offender and have completed a DUI screening. Before obtaining access to this course, you will need to provide: Arizona issued ID/Drivers License Proof of your requirement for the 16-hour course (screening notes) and/or court documents.

How to get started

Our DUI program allows you to complete your coursework at your own pace, providing the flexibility to complete classes on the go or in the comfort of your own home. All you need is high-speed internet and a computer or smartphone. There's no need to drive in for classes, making it a convenient and efficient option. Once you complete the program, you'll receive a certificate of completion, which will be promptly sent to the MVD. Take care of your DUI today with this quick and easy process.   • Complete your DUI Screening and send to [email protected]. Don't forget to include your Arizona state issued drivers liecense/identification card.

  • Register for appropriate class according to your screening/court order.

  • Access your DUI class and work at your own pace. Note: In order to succesfully complete DUI Education each quiz must be passed with at least a 70%.

  • Complete the final exam with at least a 70% and print/save your certificate of completion.

  • Upon completion, The Restoration Circle will submit to the MVD.
